Prep order

No hours are listed. The recipes don't carry total cook times, and we won't invent them. Just following the order makes the day much easier.

  1. The day before

    • King Oyster Mushroom Jangajji (Soy-Pickled)1 month refrigerated. Pour off the liquid after 3 to 4 days, re-boil it, and pour it back, and it keeps 2 to 3 months.
