How to make it

  1. 1

    Make the dressing

Put 1 Tbsp fish sauce, 2 pinches of salt, ½ Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp sesame oil, a little black pepper, and 2 Tbsp chili oil in one bowl and mix them well into the dressing.

  2. 2

    Toss

Add 10.6 oz of beef for yukhoe, 2 Tbsp ground toasted sesame salt, and the chopped chives to the dressing and toss lightly — that's it.

You can fix this

If it hasn't burned or stuck to the pan, it can still be fixed.

  • If a dressed dish comes out too salty, add more vegetables and toss it again.
