How to make it

1st mix
Put everything except the melted butter, milk, and water into the mixer and knead on medium speed.

2nd mix
Once the dough comes together, add the melted butter, milk, and water and run the mixer on low.

Finish the dough
Once it forms one mass, knead on high speed until it is one smooth ball.

Rest
Cover it with plastic wrap and rest it for about 30 minutes.

Divide & prepare the filling
Divide the dough into 12 pieces of 70g each, and roll the sweet potato paste into 12 balls of 55 to 60g each.
· At home you can mix sweet potato paste and steamed sweet potato half and half.

Shape
Flatten each piece like a dumpling wrapper, wrap it around a ball of filling, and coat it in the purple sweet potato powder.

Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 to 175°C for 20 minutes. In an air fryer, bake at 160 to 165°C for 17 to 20 minutes.

You can fix this
If it hasn't burned or stuck to the pan, it can still be fixed.
- Dough can only be fixed before it goes in the oven — a little more flour if it is slack, a little more water if it is stiff. Once baked, nothing can be changed.
