How to make it

    Cook the corn

    Blanch the corn in boiling water for 4 minutes or microwave it until about 70% cooked.

    Glaze

    Mix the lime juice, lime zest, honey, chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt into the melted unsalted butter.

    Grill

    Brush half the glaze over the corn and turn it on a hot grill or in a pan until it picks up brown char marks.

    Finish

    Brush on the remaining glaze and scatter cilantro or parsley over.
