How to make it
- 1
Mix the minced garlic, gochugaru, gochujang, doenjang and soy sauce into a seasoning paste.
- 2
In a pan (or pot), stir-fry the pork, then add the kimchi and stir-fry together.
- 3
Add the seasoning paste and stock and simmer until thick.
- 4
Add the tofu and onion and simmer until the broth thickens.
- 5
Top with green onion and serve bubbling in the earthenware pot.
You can fix this
If it hasn't burned or stuck to the pan, it can still be fixed.
- There is little liquid here, so water thins the meat flavor along with the salt. If it is too salty, stretch it with stock only, a little at a time.
