How to make it
- 1
Trim the mushroom stems and cut each mushroom lengthwise into 4 pieces.
- 2
Wrap each piece of mushroom in a slice of bulgogi beef.
- 3
Slice the green onion and Cheongyang chili thinly.
- 4
Heat the chili oil in a pan, fry the green onion and garlic, then add the gochugaru and fry.
- 5
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, water and black pepper and bring the sauce to a boil.
- 6
Once the sauce boils, add the wrapped mushrooms and simmer to reduce.
- 7
When the sauce has reduced well, sprinkle with green onion, Cheongyang chili, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Done!
You can fix this
If it hasn't burned or stuck to the pan, it can still be fixed.
- There is little liquid here, so water thins the meat flavor along with the salt. If it is too salty, stretch it with stock only, a little at a time.
