How to make it

Cut the pork and Korean zucchini into large pieces, and cut the onion, green onion, and chili peppers to a size that is easy to eat.

Put the pork, 6 cups of water, the minced garlic, and the minced ginger in a pot and bring it to a boil.

Skim the foam as it rises and simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.

Whisk in the doenjang, gochujang, gochugaru, beef dasida, and MSG seasoning.

Add the onion and Korean zucchini and boil for 8 to 10 minutes.

Season it with fish sauce, then add the green onion and Cheongyang chili peppers and boil for 2 minutes more.
You can fix this
If it hasn't burned or stuck to the pan, it can still be fixed.
- Too salty? Add more water or stock. A block of tofu or a potato will soak up the salt.
