Stir-fried & braised · Meat & stews

This recipe is shown exactly as the chef wrote it. Serving-size math isn't ready for this one yet. The amounts are based on 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • Pork neck (collar)1.1 lb
  • Green onion2 stalks
  • Minced garlic1 Tbsp
  • Chili oil2 Tbsp
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sugar
  • Seasoning (MSG)
  • Pork neck (collar) — thinly sliced
  • Green onion — plenty
  • Minced garlic — heaping
  • Sugar — optional
  • Seasoning (MSG) — optional, a little

How to make it

  1. 1

First cut the green onion and pork into bite-size, slightly large pieces.

  2. 2

Pour about half a soju glass of chili oil into a pan.

  3. 3

Add a heaping spoon of minced garlic and fry lightly over medium heat.

  4. 4

When the garlic is fragrant, lay the pork slices in the pan one by one and mix well.

  5. 5

Stir-fry over medium heat; when the pork is about half cooked, add all the green onion.

  6. 6

Keep stirring gently over medium heat so the green onion cooks slowly.

  7. 7

Season with salt and a little black pepper. The seasoning is optional.

  8. 8

Taste a piece of green onion — soft outside and slightly crisp inside is just right.
