How to make it

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a pan with parchment paper.

  2. 2

Pull the stems out of the mushrooms, wipe the moisture from the inside of the caps, and set them on the pan.

  3. 3

In a bowl, loosen the cream cheese and mozzarella, then mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, finely chopped spinach, and the cooked chopped shrimp. Season it with salt and pepper and the red pepper flakes.

  4. 4

Fill the mushroom caps generously with the mixture and scatter parmesan over them.

  5. 5

Bake them in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the tops are golden and the mushrooms are cooked through.

You can fix this

If it hasn't burned or stuck to the pan, it can still be fixed.

  • Too salty? Do not add water — it thins the sauce. Add more radish, potato, or onion instead and let them take up the salt.
