How to make it
- 1
In a bowl, mix the gochujang, gochugaru, vinegar, sugar, plum syrup, soy sauce and minced garlic evenly into a sauce.
- 2
Boil the noodles, rinse several times in cold water to wash off the starch, and drain.
- 3
Add the sauce to the noodles, drizzle with sesame oil and toss well.
- 4
Top with julienned cucumber and pear, then garnish with sesame seeds and the boiled egg.
You can fix this
If it hasn't burned or stuck to the pan, it can still be fixed.
- If the broth is too salty, add cold water or more ice. The ice thins it further as it melts, so it should taste slightly salty when you serve it.
