How to make it
- 1
Film a pan with cooking oil, add the minced garlic and gochugaru, and fry them over low heat to draw out a chili oil.
- 2
Add the pork neck and the vegetables (onion, green onion, Korean zucchini, napa cabbage) and stir-fry over high heat.
- 3
Add the seafood (squid, shrimp, mussels) and stir-fry it all together to bring up the aroma.
- 4
Pour in the beef bone broth, season it with the oyster sauce and jin-ganjang, and boil for about 5 minutes.
- 5
Add the Cheongyang chili peppers and red chili peppers, then set the final seasoning with black pepper and salt.
- 6
Put the separately boiled Chinese-style wheat noodles in a bowl and pour the hot broth and all the solids over them to serve.
You can fix this
If it hasn't burned or stuck to the pan, it can still be fixed.
- If the broth is too salty, add some of the water the noodles were cooked in. Noodles that have gone soft cannot be brought back.
