How many servings?
How to make it
- 1
Film a pan with cooking oil and fry the minced garlic and gochugaru to make a chili oil.
- 2
Add the pork or squid, the onion, and the green onion and stir-fry over high heat.
- 3
Add the Korean zucchini, bok choy, mung bean sprouts, and Cheongyang chili peppers and stir-fry briefly.
- 4
Pour in the beef bone broth, bring it to a boil, and season with the oyster sauce and jin-ganjang.
- 5
Pour the broth and the solids over the boiled Chinese-style wheat noodles and serve.
You can fix this
If it hasn't burned or stuck to the pan, it can still be fixed.
- Too salty? Let it down with water or stock a little at a time — add too much at once and you overshoot the other way.
