Stir-fried & braised · serves 2

How many servings?

How to make it

  1. 1

Cut the cucumber on the diagonal, and cut the Cheongyang chili peppers on the diagonal as well.

  2. 2

Mix the doenjang, gochujang, minced garlic, and sugar into a dressing.

  3. 3

Put the cucumber and Cheongyang chili peppers into the dressing and toss them.

  4. 4

Finish by scattering sesame oil and whole sesame seeds over the top.

You can fix this

If it hasn't burned or stuck to the pan, it can still be fixed.

  • Too salty? Do not add water — it thins the sauce. Add more radish, potato, or onion instead and let them take up the salt.
