How to make it

  1. 1

Film a pan with cooking oil and fry the minced garlic and chunjang until fragrant.

  2. 2

Add the pork shoulder and stir-fry it, then add the gochujang and gochugaru and stir-fry until it is spicy and coated.

  3. 3

Add the onion, cabbage, and green onion and stir-fry over high heat.

  4. 4

Add the oyster sauce and water and stir-fry until the liquid cooks down into a sauce that just coats everything.

  5. 5

Put the stir-fried pork and its sauce over the boiled noodles and mix it all together to eat.

You can fix this

If it hasn't burned or stuck to the pan, it can still be fixed.

  • Too salty? Let it down with water or stock a little at a time — add too much at once and you overshoot the other way.
